My client is a large charity who is looking for a Temporary People Advisor based in Birmingham.

Description

  • Provide comprehensive HR support to team members and management.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview arrangements.
  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage HR databases.
  • Support with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Handle employee relations matters and assist with performance management.
  • Assist in organising and delivering HR-related training sessions.
  • Contribute to the development of HR strategy and initiatives.
  • Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.

Profile

  • CIPD Level 3 minimum
  • Experience as a HR Coordinator or People Advisor
  • Great communication skills
  • Enjoys working in a team
  • Can commute to Birmingham
