Description
- Provide comprehensive HR support to team members and management.
- Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate screening and interview arrangements.
- Maintain up-to-date employee records and manage HR databases.
- Support with the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Handle employee relations matters and assist with performance management.
- Assist in organising and delivering HR-related training sessions.
- Contribute to the development of HR strategy and initiatives.
- Maintain confidentiality and adhere to data protection regulations.
Profile
- CIPD Level 3 minimum
- Experience as a HR Coordinator or People Advisor
- Great communication skills
- Enjoys working in a team
- Can commute to Birmingham
