Role Overview:
As the Service Team Leader, you will be responsible for planning and scheduling work for our team of engineers, ensuring smooth operations and high customer satisfaction. The role requires a focus on organization, accuracy, and clear communication, along with confidence and a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the internal service team.
- Monitor, plan, and organize jobs for engineers.
- Utilize a scheduling CRM system effectively.
- Raise invoices and purchase orders.
- Coordinate necessary plant equipment for service visits.
- Collaborate with internal departments.
- Maintain and build relationships with new and existing customers.
About You:
You are an experienced service team leader with a proven track record in scheduling work for engineers. Your strong organizational and communication skills enable you to manage tasks accurately and efficiently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling software is essential.
