Complex Care Support Workers for 36 Hour Contracts
ASA Recruitment are seeking dedicated and compassionate workers for 36 hour contracts in Support and Complex Care to join our team. As a crucial member of our support staff, you will provide high-quality, person centred care to individuals with complex needs. You will be responsible for supporting clients in their daily activities and enhancing the overall well-being and independence of our clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with daily activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting).
- Aid with mobility and transfers, ensuring client safety.
- Provide emotional support, companionship, and engage in social activities.
- Maintain and document care records.
- Communicate with the care team about clients' well-being.
- Work in-line with care plans and risk assessments
Qualifications and Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally with complex needs care.
- SVQ Level 2/3 in Health and Social Care (preferred).
- Valid Right to Work in the UK.
- PVG Update and SSSC registration required.
- Strong communication, empathy, and teamwork skills.
- Physical ability for mobility support.
- No Sponsorship Visa's
- CV covering 10 years
