Role Summary:
Join a leading BTR team to deliver top-tier customer service, manage lettings, and help create a vibrant living community. This role blends property management with hospitality, supporting residents and ensuring high occupancy and satisfaction levels.
Key Responsibilities:
?? Handle enquiries, viewings, applications, and move-ins/outs
?? Use Yardi system for lettings and administration
?? Deliver excellent front-of-house service and resolve issues promptly
?? Support events and resident engagement
?? Ensure property standards and assist with inspections and maintenance
Performance Goals:
?? Maximise occupancy and lease renewals
?? Achieve high customer satisfaction and reviews
?? Minimise arrears and complaints
What We're Looking For:
?? Experience in lettings, customer service, or related fields
?? Strong communication, organisation, and adaptability
?? Willingness to work Saturdays and some holidays
