We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Baby Room Leader to join our client's large and welcoming nursery in Headingley, Leeds. **Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership & Management: Lead and manage the Baby Room team, ensuring high-quality care and learning experiences for all children.
- Curriculum Planning: Develop and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities and learning experiences.
- Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with parents and carers, providing updates on their child's progress and development.
- Health & Safety: Ensure that the Baby Room is a safe and stimulating environment for the children, adhering to all health and safety policies and procedures.
- Team Development: Support and mentor your team, encouraging professional growth and development.

**What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Previous experience as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Practitioner, preferably in a Baby Room setting.
- Qualifications: Minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification or equivalent.
- Passion for Early Years: A genuine passion for working with babies and young children, with a commitment to providing the highest standard of care.
- Strong Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire your team.
- Team Player: A positive and collaborative approach, with a focus on teamwork and staff morale.
