Our Wolverhampton based client is looking to recruit an experienced Team Leader from the financial sector to join their team.
Main responsibilities:
- Oversee the performance of the team
- Ensuring team compliance with standards
- Provide leadership, coaching and support to the team
- Effectively develop plans to hit the team targets
- Supporting individuals
- Ensuring continuous development of staff
- Making complex decisions

- Line management within Financial Services experience
