Position: Customer Experience Advisor

Location: ?Office Based -?340 Deansgate, Manchester, M3 4LY

Working Hours: Monday – Friday, 37.5 hours per week (Shifts on a rotational basis between 8am – 8pm, including 1 in 4 Saturdays with a day off during the week)

What You'll Do:

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you will:

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone and email, handling inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain clear, empathetic communication, ensuring customers always feel heard and supported.
  • Think creatively to solve customer problems and prevent potential issues from escalating.
  • Collaborate with team members, ensuring a seamless service experience for our customers.
  • Stay up to date on Rendall & Rittner's services, using feedback to improve and enhance the customer experience.
  • Participate in training sessions, continuously learning and evolving your skills to better serve our customers.
  • Show strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate clear solutions.
