We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Wills & Probate Solicitor to join an established and highly regarded Legal 500 department in Wolverhampton.
Based in the heart of the town centre this practice are well regarded and have a strong client base from across the local area and the wider West Midlands, therefore there will always be a steady & reliable source of work in place.
My client are looking for a motivated, friendly and organised solicitor to join the highly successful team, and take on an existing workload including:
- Qualifying business assets
- Preparing and advising on LPA's
- Setting up, running and terminating trusts either in lifetime or by Will
- Dealing with administration of estates
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of inheritance tax, capital gains tax, income tax, and will ideally be STEP qualified.
