Spa Sales Coordinator

We have a brand new opportunity for a Spa Sales Coordinator to join a stunning and pretigious country house hotel based in Buckingham.

You'll identify guests needs, ensuring efficient and accurate responses to all enquiries about their services and make recommendations to meet the requirements of guests. You'll drive revenue for their spa, working closely with the Reservations and Spa Manager to build and grow overall spa sales to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creating marketing campaigns to increase membership and general spa sales
  • To effectively handle all incoming enquiries and groups including spa packages from initial enquiry and follow-up to conversion
  • Proactively source new leads and promote all business opportunities
  • Booking potential guest members and potential spa clients for show around of facilities
  • Ensure all spa bookings are communicated effectively to all departments and systems used correctly
  • Liaising with new members to ensure they are getting the best from their membership
  • Ensuring all correspondence is answered, recorded and filed accurately as per hotel standards
  • Organising membership events in conjunction with Spa Manager to support membership retention
  • Ensure spa diary is managed and revenue maximised at all times
  • Identify the off peak times and communicate gaps to relevant managers to drive occupancy into these times

What do you need to qualify for this role?

  • Minimum 1 years experience in spa sales
  • Your own transport to get to the property
  • Excellent relationship building skills.
  • Result driven
  • Positive proactive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills.
