If yes, then please read on as OA are currently recruiting for a Temporary Payroll Administrator to join a fantastic business in Edgware / Borehamwood.
- 3 days per week (22.5 hours in total)
- Weekly pay - £14.36 per hour
- Supportive and friendly working environment
- Temporary, with the opportunity to go permanent
This role will be reporting into the HR Manager to support with processing their month payrolls.
Payroll Administrator - Key Responsibilities:
- Manage electronic timekeeping systems or manually collecting and reviewing timesheets
- Calculating hours, additional payments and deductions
- Process monthly payroll
- Handle any employee queries
- Assist in processing documentations for starters and update HR with any changes
- Assisting with general administrative duties
Payroll Administrator - Skills & Experience:
- Previous experience with payroll is essential
- Previous experience loading new starter and leavers documents
- Able to work in a collaborative environment
- Attention to detail
- Strong communication skills; written and verbal
