Our client is seeking Product Manager with experience in AML KYC in Brighton, UK. This is a hybrid role with 3 days onsite.

Project Details:

The Financial Crimes Transformation program is focused on defining a robust and sustainable AML KYC framework that can demonstrate :

  • Clear long-term vision, underpinning an optimised customer journey and servicing strategy translated into a multi-year capability set and delivery roadmap
  • Robust, sustainable processes that drive a high degree of quality with effective controls and rigorous business testing
  • Strong business governance and accountability
  • Mature business risk management practices in relation to AML and Terrorist Financing

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end Product Manager who will lead pre-discovery and early envisioning with International market partners to support the execution of strategic deliverables to deliver the roadmap
  • Lead pre-discovery sessions with market partners to understand needs and must-have deviations from the existing solution offering, and organise materials for market kick-off workshops.
  • Develop the right AML KYC processes and experiences for our customers in partnership with key stakeholders, understanding their current and future needs and in alignment to regulatory requirements & commitments
  • Communicate and build consensus across multiple teams, across the globe, in creating solutions to business needs including leading in-person and virtual meetings
  • Translate complex business objectives into capabilities and features, working closely with enterprise product and engineering teams
  • Being passionate about the product, advocating the vison to inspire the program partners and stakeholders
  • Inform prioritization in our product roadmap and support refinement of our backlog of capabilities
  • Full participation with PI Planning in support of Agile and SAFe practices. Effective Product Management in close partnership with our Lean Portfolio Management (LPM) and Project Delivery & Integration (PD&I) teams, to support planning and execution across multiple platforms

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Product Development and delivering on a product roadmap, with experience of Agile or other software development methodologies
  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with all levels within the organization, internally and externally
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to collaborate with various partners and to understand & articulate business outcomes
  • Curious and inquisitive, happy to ask questions and challenge the status quo
  • Understanding of the AML/KYC domain is preferred
  • University degree or equivalent experience is desirable
