Are you looking for a finance role within a growing high-tech business?
Then look no further, as Financial Controller you must be a resilient self-starter who thrives in high pressured environments, ideally you will be a fully Chartered Accountant with proven experience in financial management and reporting. You should have worked in SME environments to be able to adapt quickly, continually looking to improve yourself and your knowledge regarding design and development.
An insight to your duties...
- Manage the finance team ensuring monthly reporting is timely and accurate
- Adhere to budgets and monitor business costs to maximise profitability.
- Cashflow management and forecasting
- Regular review of plans and budgets for potential cost reductions.
- Analyse financial information and report any discrepancies.
- Manage internal assets, aged debtors and payroll.
- Preparation of year end reports, liaising with external accountants and advisors
- Have excellent people management skills, providing guidance and mentoring.
- Continuously keeping an eye out for improvements for system/process improvements.
- Ad-hoc tasks.
Do you have...
- ACA, ACCA, ACMA, CIMA, PQ, QBE
- Acquisition experience would be beneficial.
- Advanced level of Excel.
