Telesales Account Manager

SKILLS / EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working within Manufacturing / Production is a must.
  • Experience within a sales / Account Manager function is a must - at least 2 years.
  • Experience working within a Brewery setting is an advantage.
  • Confidence in using IT systems (including MS Office 365) with a working knowledge of Excel.
  • Time Management skill set
  • Strong Communication
  • Sales Drive
  • Out side the box thinking - Create new ideas on how to push new product / increase sales

THE ROLE ITSELF

  • Manage incoming & outgoing telephone calls
  • Communicating with both new and existing customers/clients
  • Creating new leads / sales opportunities.
  • Up selling where possible
  • Customer service enquiries / handling
  • Update CRM and database systems
  • Raising Orders
  • Time management
