Location: Christchurch

Salary: £28-£30,000 dependant upon experience and skillset

Working as part of the team at Grove Wealth Management Ltd who are a Senior Partner Practice and an Appointed Representative of St. James's Place Plc.

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a professional Senior Administrator to work within our team of experienced PSS. (Practice Support Specialists)

You will be part of a fast-paced team managing the work generated by the Partner and advisors and offering support as required. This business is well established and highly successful. You will be employed by the Practice.

The Role: Senior Practice Support Specialist (Senior Administrator)

Duties include but are not exclusive to:

  • Managing the full client review meeting process from end to end.
  • New and transfer business submissions
  • Preparation of ongoing advice reports and ISA suitability reports
  • Creation of individualised Client reports including analysis of investment performance
  • Completion of annual allowance / carry forward calculations
  • Using FE Analytics to compare fund performance
  • Client servicing; appointment making, logging of correspondence to Salesforce and keeping CFRs up to date
  • Preparing cases for Paraplanners ensuring collation of all required documentation
  • Tracking cases and monitoring payments & credits
  • Preparing Trust documentation
  • Complete fund switches and generate fund switch letters
  • Handling incoming calls and delegating action to other team members
  • Respond to Client enquiries (Technical and administrative)

You will be expected to have the knowledge to undertake this role, but training can be given in some areas, and you will have the opportunity to progress within the SJP Accreditation framework

The Person: Senior Practice Support Specialist (Senior Administrator)

This is an interesting and challenging role that would suit a confident, numerate and professional Senior Administrator who enjoys using their initiative and who has a ‘can do' working style.

You must have previous experience and must be strong in the following areas:

  • Relevant experience in Wealth Management or Financial Services (SJP experience would be a great advantage for the role)
  • Proficient in the use of Salesforce and ibusiness software
  • High level of attention to detail & excellent organisation skills
  • High standard of written & verbal communication skills
  • Highly IT literate, including advanced MS Outlook, Excel, Teams, and Word skills
  • Keeps calm when faced with conflicting demands and handles these effectively
  • Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating a professional, proactive and positive attitude
  • Ability to work autonomously as well as working on shared goals as part of a team
  • Manages time effectively with the ability to multi-task
  • It is essential that as a Senior Administrator you are confident in dealing with third parties and can work with total discretion.
