Role:
- Obtain a comprehensive knowledge of the business, their offering and the markets they operate within, in order to have detailed conversations with clients
- Build strong and trusting relationships with key stakeholders across your client portfolio to deliver on their responsibilities, understanding the clients priorities as well as their long-term business plans
- Perform demonstrations of new functionality to clients in your accounts, pursuing any upsell and cross-sell opportunities
- Assess if clients are using the software to its full capacity by monitoring and driving key CS metrics across the portfolio of accounts
- Manage change requests and client's contractual terms, including dealing with inbound requests to increase licences or move between plans
- Manage the day-to-day communication with key clients to ensure their CMap business plans are on track
Requirements :
- Educated to degree level
- Possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment
- Confident and adaptable with business acumen
- Team player, with the ability to work autonomously
- Self-motivated, with a strong desire to succeed
