An opportunity has arisen to cover a period of maternity leave from now until the present incumbent returns towards the end of the year.
This HR Generalist role will suit someone with a background in Financial Services HR as they need a good understanding of SMCR and various FCA regulations which apply.
The position is pretty administrative and will provide support to the senior HR Generalists.
The successful candidate will be 4 days in the office with one day working from home. Working hours will be pretty standard for elite financial services days with 9-6 an expected average with some days longer than others.
The Role
- Provide HR Administrative support to the HR Director
- Employee Life Cycle, onboarding, contract letters
- Background checks for all hires
- Lead on SMCR administration processes
- Lead on recruitment and management of the HR Intern
- Numerous other HR administrative tasks
The Candidate
- Must come from a Financial Services background, primarily due to SMCR
- At least 2 years HR Administrative experience, ideally within Private Equity, Hedge Fund or Investment Management.
- An exceptional work ethic.
