You will be developing and implementing complex resource planning strategies across all contact channels, be responsible for delivering departmental performance in specific KPIs and real-time management accountability to ensure that performance standards are met.
Performance Manager - What will you be doing?
- Drafting performance packs for Leadership Group Meetings.
- Maintaining a central register of all KPIs.
- Providing a quarterly summary of performance and improvement.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data-driven decision-making.
Performance Manager - What will you need?
- Strong performance reporting experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Management experience.
- Advanced Power BI & Excel.
