Office Angels are recruiting for a Building Host for a corporate office space in Manchester City Centre.
Duties will include:
- Meeting and greeting visitors
- Allocating visitor passes
- Liaising with tenants
- Dealing with post and deliveries
- Arranging extra services such as taxis
- Dealing with any facilities issues
- Ensuring reception area is kept clean and tidy
- Updating internal systems
- Assisting with building checks
- Dealing with contractors, cleaners etc...
- Assisting other members of the team if required
We are looking for candidates with:
- Ideally experience in front of house within a corporate office
- Fantastic communication skills - this role will involve speaking to a wide range of people and any applicants must have an excellent telephone manner as well as face to face communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Initiative and ability to prioritise
- A flexible attitude
- Presentable manner
