Key Job Details: This Early Years Practitioner role is permanent and starts immediately. We are looking for a passionate and energetic individual who will innovate and elevate standards in childcare and education.
To succeed in this Early Years Practitioner position, you will:
- Possess a minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching and Learning.
- Have previous experience working in a nursery setting or be enrolled in a childcare-related course.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of the EYFS Curriculum.
- Maintain enthusiasm and a positive attitude.
- Show a genuine passion for working with children.
- Ensure a safe and healthy environment following safeguarding procedures.
- Implement innovative and resourceful teaching methods.

Essential Requirements: All applicants must have:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Education, Childcare, Early Years, or Teaching and Learning.
- Previous experience in a nursery setting or be enrolled in a childcare-related course.
- A positive approach to child development, behavior management, and a strong passion for their area of expertise as reflected in their teaching.
