Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Repairs Administrator to join an organisation on a permanent basis, to provide effective and efficient co-ordination for the Gas team.
Duties & Responsibilities of the Repairs Administrator:
- Book repairs following inspections
- Maintain records of Housing Repairs
- Assist operative obtain access to properties
- Prepare and support the compliance team for audits
- Undertake a range of administrative tasks
Essential Requirements of the Repairs Administrator:
- IT Literate
