With revenue of over £220m, Search is one of the largest recruitment agencies with over 17 offices across the UK. We're looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our brand-new London office to specialise in the Business Support market.
Working in a busy market in the heart of Liverpool you will be responsible for managing existing accounts and developing new business opportunities to find your candidates the best options possible.
Our Liverpool office has excellent transport links as well as modern working facilities and hybrid working and more.
Your progression & development is important to us, and that is why we have designed an industry-leading programme designed to help you continue learning but progress quickly. You will have your development outlined to you from day one and the opportunity to earn commission immediately with our 0% threshold and other incentives.
What are we looking for?
- Previous experience working within a 360-recruitment role or proven sales experience.
- The ability to create new business and manage existing client accounts.
- A desire to progress and quickly develop in the business.
- A can-do attitude that can remain motivated and resilient.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
