Senior Manager - Digital Assets Analytics

This position will be a key part of the Digital Asset Technical Quantitative Analytics Function for FTSE Russell globally. Specifically, this includes working with the Product, Technology and Research Teams on Index build using technology, quantitative modelling and simulations in FTSE Russell. The individual will also focus on facilitating the Analytics and Technology engagement with clients as a subject matter expert on Digital Assets.

As digital assets continue to expand the market at a global scale, institutional investors need an index provider to offer secure, reliable and trusted digital asset indices. This Technical Quantitative Analytics role will support the development of this function for the firm by bringing to bear cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a subject matter expert for Digital Assets Technical Quantitative Analytics for FTSE Russell
  • Ownership of the FTSE Digital Asset Quantitative, Technical, and Product Implementation Framework and Deliverables
  • Serve as a stakeholder on the Digital Asset Operational Forum, the Digital Asset Technical Forum and the Digital Asset External Advisory Committee
  • Leverage our partner Digital Asset Research (DAR) to ensure the Quantitative and Technical results are sound and market leading globally
  • Partner with the FTSE Russell Product, Sales and Research account leads as well as the broader Global Strategic and Key Account Managers within the LSEG to drive index development
  • Support discussions with prospective clients, serving as the internal and external authority for Digital Assets Quantitative Analytics and Technology
  • Collaborate with the product, research, partnerships, derivatives, governance and policy, sales strategy, operations, marketing, and other teams to build innovative quantitative solutions for FTSE digital assets products and win deals
  • Work closely with the product development team to facilitate the product line up and support strategy
  • Mentor colleagues across the organization on Digital Assets Analytics and Technology
  • Propose solutions and strategies for using the various LSEG verticals to build new Digital Asset solutions with innovative modelling and analytics
