Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Repairs Administrator to assist with the management of repair requests and administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process repair requests and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate effectively with clients and contractors.
- Assist in scheduling repairs and coordinating with relevant teams.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and promptly.
- Provide general administrative support as needed.
Requirements:
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Previous administrative experience is a plus but not essential.
