Your new role
This role will allow a candidate to lead and motivate the internal sales team, drive sales performance, and ensure excellent customer service. This role will also play a critical role in developing strategies, managing operations, and achieving sales targets.
Sales Manager Around £35,000 per annum Monday to Friday 9:00-17:30 Office based in Wolverhampton (no hybrid)
Key duties:
- Managing a sales team
- Conducting performance reviews
- Developing and implementing sales strategies
- Handle any escalated customer queries
- Support the sales team by building and maintaining strong client relationships
- Oversee the day-to-day office operations
- Implement sales tools and CRM
- Work alongside other departments to align strategies and goals
What you'll need to succeed
- 3+ years in a Sales Manager role
- Proven track record of achieving sales success
- Exceptional leadership skills
