What will you do as Supply Chain Manager?
- Manage inbound stock, procurement and purchasing plans from new and existing suppliers
- Working with finance and sales team to prepare annual stock forecasting across SKUs
- Take the lead on NPD finding new suppliers and negotiating best prices / lead times
- Monitor inventory level using EDI systems ensuring stock is available for distribution
- Liaise with B2B accounts and 3PL partners to ensure products can be sent OTIF
- Analyse expenditure and implement new processes and strategies to promote growth
- Process multi-channel pallet orders across retail and wholesale accounts as well DTC
- Option to manage 2 direct reports and enable their growth
What do you need?
- Previous supply chain experience ideally with a consumer goods background
- Comfortable working with an SME and be adaptable to meet deadlines
- Worked with 3PL partners to manage both inbound and outbound stock movements
- Good excel skills for forecasting and ideally used an ERP system
- Experience working across retail accounts and DTC an advantage but not essential
- A driver due to rural office location
