About the Senior Account Executive - B2B PR Role

As a Senior Account Executive, you will play a key role in managing PR campaigns, building client relationships, and driving media coverage for a portfolio of high-profile clients. You'll work closely with an Account Team to plan, execute, and measure the success of PR, marketing, and social media campaigns. This is a client-facing role that involves pitching stories, managing press interviews, and developing insightful content.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and monitor PR and marketing campaigns, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards.
  • Pitch client stories to journalists, secure media coverage, and maintain strong relationships with key media contacts.
  • Draft pitches, social media posts, and manage content calendars across digital platforms.
  • Analyze media coverage, track campaign performance, and provide regular reports to clients.
  • Act as a trusted consultant, briefing clients for interviews, and providing strategic insights during meetings.
  • Stay ahead of trends in finance, tech, and the climate transition, sharing relevant insights with your team and clients.

What skills you'll need:

  • Proven experience in PR, ideally within finance, technology, or sustainability sectors.
  • Strong media relations skills, with the ability to build relationships and secure coverage.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling.
  • Experience with social media content creation and management.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team.
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with a passion for delivering excellent client service.

Essential Skills

  • Proven PR experience, ideally in finance, tech, or sustainability sectors.
