We are looking for a Graduate Acoustic Consultant to join an independent environmental consultancy with over two decades of experience in the industry. The main focus of the firm is on noise and vibration management, as well as sound insulation testing in both residential and commercial developments throughout the North West of England. The team of proficient acousticians employs modern methodologies and technologies to deliver optimal results for clients, while also providing remedial recommendations to address identified issues.

The main responsibilities associated with the Graduate Acoustic Consultant role include assisting senior team members on-site to ensure that projects are completed in accordance with established schedules and to a high standard of quality. Additionally, the successful candidate will be tasked with setting up equipment on-site, collaborating with other personnel, and efficiently conducting modelling and report writing to maintain the expected standard of excellence.

Candidates for the Graduate Acoustic Consultant position are required to hold a BSc and/or an MSc in Acoustics or Sound Engineering, as well as some prior experience working in a team environment and conducting noise surveys and modelling on-site. While a valid driver's licence is preferred, close proximity to the Greater Manchester office is essential.
