We have a great new opportunity for a talented Team Leader to join our Client at their facility in Peterborough.
As a Team Leader you will be responsible for leading a team in the production department. Your role will involve overseeing production lines, managing team members, and ensuring smooth operations.
**What you will be doing:
- Assisting the Lead Supervisor with leading and motivating a team
- Ensuring department targets are met efficiently
- Monitoring and improving processes
- Training and developing team members
- Maintaining a safe working environment
**Who we are looking for:
- Previous experience in a FMCG environment, ideally food related
- Strong team-leading and team management skills
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Experience in production and production line management is desirable
- Good administration skills
