Salary: £35,000-48,000 dependent on experience

I am currently seeking a passionate project architect to join a thriving Aj100 practice in Leeds. This RIBA chartered practice are renowned for their ground-breaking, beautifully crafted designs across a multitude of sectors including healthcare, residential, and commercial. Their talented team are spread across several offices around the UK and have cultivated a supportive environment which breeds success and creativity. This dynamic practice is keen to continue their growth and add to their design capabilities, they have earnt themselves an excellent reputations and grown strong relationships with prominent clients. this is an excellent opportunity for a driven Project Architect to become an integral member of an award winning practice.

The successful Project Architect will have a keen eye for detail, boast design flare and have substantial post qualification experience across the RIBA stages with strong technical abilities.
Skills, Experience, and Responsibilities for the role of Project Architect:
- Several years of post- Part 3 qualification experience
- ARB registered
- Capable at working across all RIBA Work Stages
- Job running experience
- Proven record of working on medium - large scale projects
- Demonstrable technical expertise
- Boast design flare and creativity
- Proficiency in Revit is essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Managing a small team assisting with development
- Cultivate strong client relationships
- Keen to input to company growth
- Attentiveness to detail
- Ideally be local to Leeds
