Our client, a highly respected firm within the Corporate Insurance Broking Market are seeking to add to their established yet expanding Corporate team with an ambitious, driven, Corporate Broker with experience working with both mid-market and multi national corporate clients
The role will consist of developing and growing accounts across all classes of Corporate Insurance from the clients existing client base, lead generation and also developing your own pipeline
Key responsibilities include:
- Identify and prospect new Commercial clients both face to face and over the phone.
- Maintain and strengthen existing client relationships through regular communication and excellent customer service.
- Conduct thorough risk assessments and analyse clients' existing insurance coverage.
- Present insurance proposals and recommendations to clients, clearly explaining coverage details and options.
- Assess client needs and provide customised insurance solutions to meet their requirements.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and market conditions.
- Achieve sales targets as set by the company.
You should also hold excellent knowledge of the Insurance Market and it's trends, excellent negotiation skills both with Insurers and prospects and the ability to engage with clients both face to face and utilising telephone communication skills to enhance customer relationships across mid market and multi national markets
The ideal candidate will ideally hold at least 5 years Corporate insurance broking experience in a similar position, and the experience and ability to deal with significant Corporate Insurance Clients
