Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office, 2 days WFH)
Salary: £25,000 + up to £2,000 bonus per annum
Type: Permanent, Full-time
Location: Northholt
Hours: 9.00am – 5.00pm

About the Client:

Role Aim:
To provide comprehensive sales support to the sales team, manage returns and replacements efficiently, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the support inbox, circulate and address enquiries received.
  • Coordinate with your supervisor to arrange quick collections for returns and ensure timely credits or refunds. Resolve any issues with accounts and despatch.
  • Provide cover for outbound post and samples.
  • Follow up with new customers and manage customer reviews by tagging and replying to them.
  • Provide departmental cover, including handling sales enquiries, order entry, live chat, and key accounts administration.
  • Maintain interdepartmental spreadsheets and handle ad-hoc admin tasks as required.
  • Send quotes to customers for both stock and made-to-order products.
  • Take orders over the phone and via email.
  • Enter orders and returns into the system.
  • Liaise with production to get updates on ongoing jobs.
  • General administrative duties as needed.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a commercial business and familiarity with creating and sending quotes is beneficial.
  • Strong team player, capable of working within a diverse sales department.
  • Customer service or sales office experience is essential.
  • Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise and multitask.
  • Excellent communication skills and a logical thinker.
  • Experience with Excel is needed, and knowledge of Google Sheets is advantageous.
  • Quick learner and problem solver.
