We take pride in our commitment to excellence and are looking for a dedicated Warehouse Operative to join our team and help us maintain our standards of efficiency and quality.

As a Warehouse Operative you will be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at supporting warehouse operations. You will work as part of a team to ensure the accurate receipt, storage, and dispatch of products. This is an entry-level position ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, reliable, and eager to contribute to a dynamic work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking and Packing: Accurately pick and pack products according to order requirements
  • Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload goods from delivery vehicles
  • Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining organized and clean inventory storage areas
  • Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and report any discrepancies
  • Stock Replenishment: Assist in restocking shelves and storage areas as needed
  • Safety: Adhere to safety guidelines and contribute to a safe work environment
  • Documentation: Maintain records of received and shipped goods

Qualifications:

  • No prior experience required; training will be provided
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Good PC Skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and written communication skills
  • Physical fitness for lifting and moving items as needed

Desirable:

  • Flexi Truck License

Other Job Details:

  • Hours: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week
  • Salary: £20,000-£22,750
  • Location: Kennett, Newmarket CB8 7QF
