Valeco Recruitment is proud to partner with a reputable, 150-year-old company seeking a seasoned Payroll Administrator. This hands-on role offers responsibility and growth within a supportive team of 8, servicing 4,000 employees across a diverse range of contracts and pay structures.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Collaborate on weekly payroll processing
  • Own and manage your assigned payroll section
  • Generate accurate and timely reports for management
  • Assist with employee queries via phone, email, or in person
  • Navigate diverse employee contracts and pay types
  • Handle starters, leavers, maternity/paternity, sick pay, etc.
  • Ensure payment accuracy and build stakeholder relationships
