In this position, you will have the opportunity to develop team members across the organisation using a combination of learning methods to enable them to advance in their roles and build successful careers.

You will utilise your skills to create and deliver new learning experiences, administer and support the Talent Development Manager and other team members, as well as delivering existing programmes.

Description

The successful Talent development partner will be responsbilble for:

  • Design and deliver our Welcome Day programme
  • Schedule, organise and deliver existing programmes
  • Work with and maintain relationships with the external partners
  • Design, create and deliver new learning in line with the business strategy
  • Build Relationships with key internal stakeholders
  • Support other People, Culture and Talent initiatives
  • Work with and support the Talent Development Manager
  • Adapt to diverse learning situations
  • Create a wide range of learning opportunities online, face-to-face and self-led
  • Work in line with the company's Purpose, Goals & Values

Profile

The successful Talent development partner will have:

  • Experience in creating and delivering learning
  • Strong people and communication skills
  • A passion for enabling people to grow
  • Instructional design across different media
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Curiosity to question the 'why' and the 'how'
  • Able to travel throughout the South East of the UK
  • Ability to communicate across different levels of the business
  • Tech savvy
  • Competent in Microsoft Office 365

Job Offer

Although there is regular travel across the South East of England, the successful candidate would receive a company car and fuel card, and any additional travel (train) would be expensed.
