Our client is looking for an accomplished Administration Officer to support a policing team charged with monitoring and maintain the standards of serving officers and police staff. This role is office based in Eastleigh.
Work Involves
Working within a small team assisting the Vetting Unit. Dealing with the receipt, assessment and dissemination of information and intelligence related to vetting processes within the Hampshire and other police services/law enforcement agencies.
Essential Criteria
- Willingness to undertake training deemed necessary to support the role.
- Be able to demonstrate a high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
- Gathering information and being able to analyse, evaluate information.
- Maintaining record management system, data entry, and preparation of documents. Review retain and dispose of records and information.
- Must be computer literate and be able to use Outlook, Word, Excel.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Candidates must also have the highest standards of professional and personal integrity.
This is a temporary role, working on a full-time basis for paying £12.92 per hour PAYE for 3 - 4 months.
