Vetting Administration Officer

Our client is looking for an accomplished Administration Officer to support a policing team charged with monitoring and maintain the standards of serving officers and police staff. This role is office based in Eastleigh.

Work Involves

Working within a small team assisting the Vetting Unit. Dealing with the receipt, assessment and dissemination of information and intelligence related to vetting processes within the Hampshire and other police services/law enforcement agencies.

Essential Criteria

  • Willingness to undertake training deemed necessary to support the role.
  • Be able to demonstrate a high standard of written and verbal communication skills.
  • Gathering information and being able to analyse, evaluate information.
  • Maintaining record management system, data entry, and preparation of documents. Review retain and dispose of records and information.
  • Must be computer literate and be able to use Outlook, Word, Excel.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Candidates must also have the highest standards of professional and personal integrity.

This is a temporary role, working on a full-time basis for paying £12.92 per hour PAYE for 3 - 4 months.
