Responsibilities:
- Plan and arrange for the safe and efficient installation of jobs via our own engineers and subcontractor network.
- Work to labour allowances and margins.
- Manage the on site process's and issues arising including, variation orders, day works agreements.
- Manage on site issues as they arise and work through to a satisfactory outcome.
- Produce RAMs and upkeep them with assistance from H+S consultant.
- Liaise with suppliers to gain the best plant prices and service to improve our service and margin.
- Subcontractor network develop and maintain.
- Deal with after sales issues with bought in products or manufactured items.
- Engineer management including, training, work load, appraisals, discipline, motivation.
Requirements:
- Background within Door Installation desired.
- Experience managing a team of engineers required.
- Leadership and People Management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with team members, management, and external partners.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5pm.
