Description
The Role:
- Efficiently scheduling and planning production operations.
- Analysing production specifications and plant capacity data to determine manufacturing processes.
- Coordinating with various departments to ensure production efficiency.
- Liaising with clients regarding queries and deliveries.
- Managing inventory of raw materials to meet production needs.
- Identifying potential production issues and implementing solutions.
- Ensuring adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Providing regular reports on production activities and performance.
- Continually striving to improve production processes.
- Initially 6-month FTC
Profile
A successful Production Planner should have:
- Previous planning / scheduling experience in a manufacturing environment.
- SAP or similar experience, preferred.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in using planning and scheduling software.
