Meraki Talent are working with an established Professional Body who are looking for a Client Relationship Coordinator. You will play a crucial role in supporting the delivery and coordination of services for a portfolio of clients across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage service delivery across a range of client accounts.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
- Act as the central liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
- Support client onboarding, service planning, and delivery tracking.
- Monitor client feedback and proactively resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
- Prepare regular client reports and updates on service delivery performance.
- Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings and client engagement.
About You:
- Proven experience in an Account Executive, Client Relationship Executive, or similar client-facing role.
- Experience working with multiple clients across different industries.
- Strong organisational and coordination skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to client service.
