Trainee Teacher Stroud

We are currently in search of a highly motivated and dedicated Cover Supervisor or trainee teacher to become a valuable part of our team at a delightful secondary school in Stroud, known for its positive learning environment and good behaviour.
As a cover supervisor / Trainee Teacher you will oversee the classrooms in a teacher's absence, ensuring a positive learning environment, managing student behaviour, facilitating pre-prepared lessons, and providing essential support to maintain continuity in education.
For this role you will need a minimum of A levels, and while prior experience in a secondary school setting is preferred, it's not essential as we provide comprehensive training. Effective communication with students and strong classroom management skills are important attributes. The remuneration for this position ranges from £100 per day for a trainee and up to £130 per day for an experienced Cover Supervisor with higher qualifications. Full and part-time positions are available immediately for the right individuals, with the standard working day from 08:30 am to 3:30 pm.
Candidates must undergo full vetting, and we will facilitate the application for an enhanced child workforce DBS on your behalf.
