Receptionist/Administrator

We are looking for a friendly, customer focused individual to join our client as a Receptionist/Administrator, based in Epsom.

Working Thursdays and Friday, 9am to 5pm with the flexibility to cover 1 extra day a week when needed to cover absences.

Salary is dependant on experience but will be between £12ph - £13ph.

The ideal candidate will come from a healthcare/medical background and have an excellent telephone manner, be well presented and well organised.

Duties will include:

  • Answering the telephone and transferring calls or taking messages.
  • Going out of your way to accommodate appointments where you can
  • Being first point of contact for patients coming in and providing excellent customer service at all times
  • General filing, archiving and maintaining records of archived files.
  • Liaising with clients, chasing outstanding payments
  • Dealing with and ordering stock, stationery and supplies when needed
