Head of Estates
Venn Group are currently working with an NHS organisation based in London to recruit for a Head of Estates
Duration: 6 months
Location: London, 1 day a week working from home
The successful candidate will:
- Oversee teams of Engineers, Builders, Supervisors and Estates Managers
- Be the technical lead for the trust, offering knowledge and support
- Ensure KPIS and SLAs are met within the estates department
- Oversee the HTM and PAM compliance
- Be responsible for the Estates yearly budget
- Influence strategic vision within the department and implement policies
The successful candidate will have:
- Experience in an estates focused operational role
- NHS experience
- Strong knowledge of HTMs
- Experience managing large budgets
