Registered Children Home Manager
Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum D.E.O + £10,000K Bonus!

HCR is recruiting for two BRAND-NEW children service we are looking for a Registered Children's Home Manager. To run 4x bedded state-of-the-art bedded residential children's homes we will consider candidates with a background in working in the residential children's setting for the past 5 years or more.

Registered Children Home Manager Duties:
- To be the Ofsted Registered Children Home Manager for the children's home and act on behalf of the organisation to ensure that the home meets relevant requirements set out in legislation.
- To provide effective leadership and management and to always remain professional.
- Ensure the implementation of all designated areas of the child(rens) care plan by OFSTED standards, regulations, and the child's LAC plans.
- To ensure a high standard of consistent care and service by legislation, government guidance, regulations, and standards, and the policies and procedures of the registered provider are implemented.
- Ensure a coordinated approach to services for children and young people.

Registered Children Home Manager Requirements:
- Must have 1 year experience of working in a supervisory role in children's care.
- Driving license preferred
- Must have an NVQ Level 4 or Diploma Level 4 in childcare.
- Ideally to have but not essential an NVQ Level 5 or Diploma in Leadership & Management in Residential Children's Services or be willing to obtain.
