Contract Type: 6 Months initially

Salary: £11.98 P/H

About the Role

To provide front line response to customer enquiries made to the IBC customer contact centre; including the more complex enquiries requiring understanding and familiarity with specialist processes and procedures.

What is the day-to-day of the role:

  • To respond to telephone and enquiry form queries in line with agreed standards.
  • To manage the relationship with customers so that they are dealt with courteously, promptly, sensitively and equitably
  • To work effectively with other team members as part of a professional team in the delivery of correct answers to customer queries raised through calls and enquiry forms.
  • To provide ongoing guidance and assistance to newer members of the team with their customer enquiries.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Independent working
  • Computer Literate
  • Some experience in call centre or customer contact work, desired not essential
