Accounts Administrator

100% Office Based Role
Hours: 9am - 5.30pm
Salary: 25k - 30k
We are working with an Engineering company based in Walton who are seeking an Accounts Administrator to join their busy team! Our client designs and installs specialised equipment to both commercial and private clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Following up and producing client Invoices
- Proforma Invoicing, send out to Clients and monitor
- Order Intake log, producing figures at Month end
- Backlog figures with Accounts Manager
- Keeping order book up to date
- Processing large supplier invoices in order book and on Sage
- Statements from Sage to customers and subsequent liaison
- Responsible for one large customers purchases onto their computer system.
- Update outstanding list for Director and invoice where necessary
- Following up Client Retentions to ensure resolution
- Raising Order Paperwork and delivery paperwork when Office Assistant on holiday/sick
- Working with the Estimating Department producing copy quotations to go to Clients
- Creating Job files, liaising with Manufacturing for prices
- Working on Excel producing CD schedules, working alongside the Sales Team
- Telephone calls, Archiving, Office Support during holidays
SKILLS
- Experience working in a busy accounts admin role - 2 years + minimum experience
- Organised, numerate, great attention to detail and able to multi task
- Positive, can do attitude
- Good team player and communicator
- Ability to use Microsoft packages and confident with excel
- Experience of Sage Line 50 Accounts and Excel essential.
