The Opportunity:
We are delighted to be recruiting for a Process Mapping Specialist to join us at our Bristol Head Office. This is a full-time 6 month Fixed Term Contract (FTC) role that offers the benefits of a flexible hybrid working. Typically, this would require 1-2 days in our Bristol office per week with a choice of working from home on the other days (following an initial induction period).
As Process Mapping Specialist your overall key deliverable for the role is to develop and complete detailed process mapping and process description documents for TBUK processes and assign Triodos Bank Process Owners to process maps.
This is a 6-month FTC position to support the delivery of this key initiative for TBUK.
Key responsibilities will require you to:
- Document TBUK specific process maps and descriptions according to the master list of processes used within TBUK covering primary and secondary processes. The list provides a standard structure across process levels 1-4 within the Framework for TBUK.
- Utilise the Group agreed standardised BPMN approach to process mapping.
- Identify and agree a TBUK business owner for each process and agree their responsibilities as a process owner.
- The Process Mapping Specialist is expected to meet with, and report progress to, the Process Optimisation Manager on a weekly basis, and work with the Springboard Programme Manager to ensure alignment with the wider programme objectives and timelines.
- The Process Mapping Specialist is expected to work closely with, and support, both the TBUK and the Group Process Optimisation Team.
- Comply with all regulatory obligations and internal governance to help ensure ethical behaviour, working to deliver good customer outcomes and avoiding foreseeable harm in line with Triodos' practice of putting customers at the heart of what we do.
What we are looking for:
To be successful in this role you'll have a strong understanding of the cross-departmental operations of a UK retail bank combined with relevant experience in process mapping at level 4, detailed process descriptions and other levels of process mapping.
You will have a practical understanding of banking subsidiarisation and UK banking regulation and will have the ability to run an initiative independently with limited day-to-day management required.
You will have excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with a keen attention to detail and be able to communicate effectively at all levels.
Triodos Bank is proud of its culture, ethos, and ability to make a positive change in society. It is important that candidates evidence a strong commitment to Triodos Bank's core values of Freedom, Equity, and Responsibility, as well as the personal qualities to live these values.
