Manchester City Centre - Hybrid Working
£32,000 per annum plus fabulous benefits including

What you will be doing:
- You will work to ensure that day to day tasks are carried out to agreed timings and plans
- Set up and hold Team Meetings
- Performance Reporting
- Execute 1 - 2 - 1s and Appraisals
- Support the team across escalated Collections / Credit Control issues
- Work closely with Internal Teams including Treasury
- Work on Key Client Accounts for Credit Control - Query Management and Resolution
You will need to bring:
- A strong desire to be a Team Leader
- Ability to lead by experience
- Evidence of Training / Development or Coaching
- Time management and organisational skills
- Commercial understanding and drive
