Marketing Director

Objkts are a high end e-commerce jewellery business to clients across the world via an online
business model. Reporting to the Owners the Marketing Director will take responsibility of the Marketing and Ecommerce functions to grow the business and lead the digital and brand growth efforts by shaping the marketing vision, drive online sales, retain customers and expand the customer base across the globe.

This role will be a full time role working fully remotely in the UK.

As a key part of the Management team and trusted person for the Owners you will take pride in owning the overall Ecommerce and Marketing activities including:

  • Developing and executing a cohesive marketing strategy that balances brand-building with performance marketing, ensuring both creative excellence and measurable results.
  • Lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive marketing and ecommerce strategy to drive brand growth, customer acquisition, and revenue targets.
  • Oversee all digital marketing channels, including paid social, SEO, email, and content, ensuring they align with broader business goals.
  • Plan, execute and manage sales performance via all digital channels to achieve revenue goals
  • Coordinate promotional, retention, social, e-merchandising and influencer marketing teams and campaigns
  • Direct and report on the performance marketing function to drive customer acquisition with a demonstrable ROI on paid channels including META, google, TikTok
  • Drive ecommerce performance, optimising the customer journey, conversion rates, and overall site experience.
  • Manage budgets and allocate resources effectively across channels to maximise ROI producing analysis and planning for key KPIs to drive optimization and ensure campaigns are maximizing performance and hitting goals
  • Responsible for content creating and managing content budgets, plans and creators across the globe.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and performance data to refine strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate closely with product design, and operations teams to ensure marketing initiatives are fully integrated across the business.
  • Represent the brand externally, building strong relationships with key partners, agencies, and stakeholders.

You will have

  • 6+ years of leadership experience in marketing and ecommerce roles
  • 6+ years of experience leading paid digital media and/or growth/performance marketing
  • Worked within high-growth digital brands, ideally within retail, lifestyle, or home sectors.
  • Advanced understanding of direct response metrics and ability to measure program/campaign ROI across Meta, Google, TikTok and other platforms for customer acquisition.
  • Deep understanding and proven track record of managing acquisition campaigns, strategies, and benchmarks
  • You will blend strategic vision, analytical thinking, and hands-on execution, with a proven ability to scale a digital-first business.
  • A deep understanding of performance marketing, with hands-on experience in channels like paid social, search, and email.
  • Strong commercial acumen, with a proven ability to manage budgets, optimise spend, and deliver ROI.
  • Expertise in ecommerce and customer journey optimisation, with a track record of improving conversion rates and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Analytical mindset, with a strong grasp of data and the ability to translate insights into action.
