This is a fantastic opportunity for a Maintenance Engineer who is looking to develop a technical team in a market-leading business that has over 50 years of industry experience manufacturing for a broad client base across the UK.
Due to the company's recent success, they are now in a period of growth and are looking to expand upon their current team. They are a market-leading manufacturer and boast great staff retention through training and progression, and are also known for their high-quality products and brilliant service.
In this days-based role, you will initially be working hands-on with the current Maintenance Manager to service, maintain and install manufacturing machinery as well as having a pivotal role in implementing and overseeing all new projects.
The role would suit a Maintenance Engineer with experience understanding budgets and creating PPM schedules, who is looking to take the lead in a position with high responsibility and high autonomy and help the business grow as they develop a team.
The Role:
- Maintenance, Servicing and Installation of Manufacturing Machinery
- Growing a team of Maintenance Engineers
- Days based role - Monday-Thursday 07:00 - 16:30 / Friday 07:00 - 15:30
- Training, Progression & Company Benefits
