Salary: £28,000-£34,000
Location: St. Albans
Contract: Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday - 8am-4:30pm or 8:30am-5pm

SKILLS REQUIRED
- Experience is a similar role is an advantage
- Construction industry is preferred
- Excellent communication skills written & verbal
- Good numerical skills
- Able to work off your own initiative
- Thrive under pressure and working towards deadlines
- UK Driving License - due to office location
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Support Project Managers in planning, organising, and executing construction projects.
- Efficiently oversee the financial commitments of project teams, including raising purchase orders, billing, and financial management.
- Coordinate project timelines, resources, equipment, and information.
- Track project progress and resolve any issues that occur.
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Prepare and manage project documentation and reports.
- Precisely order stock and materials.
- Communicate with clients and site managers.
