Bookkeeper

CMA are working exclusively with a really friendly team who are based in Alton, Hampshire. They have a requirement for an additional finance person for at least 6 months and potentially longer. They are currently going through a transition in order for the function to be centralised and until this is completed they will require extra resource.

What will the Bookkeeper role involve?

  • Processing Purchase ledger invoices.
  • Raising small volumes of sales invoices.
  • Accruals and pre payments.
  • Preparation of management accounts for review.

Suitable Candidate for the Bookkeeper vacancy:

  • Previous experience of working in a varied accounts role.
  • Experience of preparation of management accounts.
  • Willingness to pick up additional duties.
  • Strong communication skills.

Additional benefits and information for the role of Bookkeeper:

  • 37 hour week which is 8am to 4pm Monday to Thursday & 8am to 3.30 on Friday's.
